We collect video content you record and submit as part of cases, witness statements, or defence submissions. We collect usage data including votes cast, cases filed, and interactions within the app.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the app, display your profile and case history, send push notifications about case activity, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Video Content
Videos you submit become part of the permanent case record. Decided cases remain publicly visible in the app indefinitely. By submitting a video you confirm you have the right to share its content and consent to it being displayed publicly.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal details are removed but case records are anonymised and retained as part of the permanent case history.
Push Notifications
We send push notifications about case activity, verdicts, and followers. You can manage notification preferences in Settings.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
